AgeRight Retrofit recently completed converting this 100 year old home bathroom (short on space) to be accessible for a client using a wheelchair for mobility.

This is the only bathroom in this lovely older home. In addition to the clients needs, it is serving the husband and two sons as well.

AgeRight converted this "Tub Room" at a senior apartment facility for the common use of its tenants.

Prior to the conversion, the tub room was not being utilized because the standard tub was too difficult (and unsafe) for it's senior tenants to use. John (the facility maintenance manager) was faced with limited space to work with and tenants with a wide range of mobility. After considering numerous tubs, John liked the benefits that the hybrid (low threshold and wide out-swinging door) Rane Superior RM3 could provide.

Another consideration was the amount of use the tub would get. It was critical that the hydrotherapy and entire system could hold up to the volume of use it would see in this application. We were confident recommending Rane with their long history designing and supplying tubs for hospital and heathcare settings. That experience, coupled with the fact that the manufacturing process and components in this hybrid model are common to all Rane tubs. Knowing that it is designed right and built to last were critical factors in making the decision that this would be the best long term solution.
